On November 22, 2021, Tenuta di Angoris will participate in the "Tre Bicchieri World Tour" event taking place in Toronto, at the Liberty Grand Entertainment Complex. They celebrate the fact that their wine "Langor Collio Bianco, Riserva Giulio Locatelli 2018" has won the coveted Gambero Rosso Tre Bicchieri award for the 4th year. Export Manager Natascia di Marco will be on hand to pour several delicious wines and answer questions from event goers.

With much interest being shown among our restaurant clients in Toronto, more of Tenuta di Angoris's excellent wines should be available to Ontario wine lovers in 2022.

The wine was made on the grounds of the 17th-Century Villa Locatelli, a country estate where grace and elegance meet hospitality and warmth. The estate welcomes guests for tours and special events.

Its illustrious 373-year history includes an era when the wines that came from the estate were served in the royal courts of Europe.

The name "1648" commemorates the founding of Villa Locatelli and offers a toast to Tenuta di Angoris and its long history.

Type: Sparkling wine produced via the Metodo Clasico (Traditional Method) for greater aging potential.

Grape Variety: 100% Pinot Noir in its most prestigious form.

Origin: Cormòns, Friuli-Venezia-Giulia, Italy.

Alcohol: 12.5%.

Tasting Notes: The colour is onion-skin copper with fine and persistent perlage. On the nose, delicate raspberry and strawberry aromas mingle with floral, mineral, and yeast notes. On the palate, it is soft, fresh, creamy, balanced, and persistent.

Food Pairing: Can compliment many foods; try it with grilled fish, margherita pizza, cold salmon dishes, trout.

Serving temperature: 8 to 10 °C (or up to 12 °C because it is a single-vintage wine).
