Rolando's Tip: We found this wine to be a lovely sipping wine, its qualities best appreciated when it is well chilled. Our first bottle, shared between 4 white-wine lovers, was gone so quickly because everyone kept asking for more! It was a good pairing with my daughter's homemade vegan macaroni and cashew-based "cheese."
Grape Variety: 100% white Garnacha.
Origin: Tarragona, Cataluña, Spain.
Aging:No oak aging.
Alcohol: 13%.
Tasting Notes: Bright gold color. Aroma of ripe white fruit and minerals. In the mouth it is creamy, fleshy, and full of freshness. Its mid-palate is quite long and silky.
Food Pairing: Goes well with salads, white fish and other white meats, seafood, lamb, pasta with creamy sauce, richly spiced (but not super hot and spicy) dishes, and Brie- or Swiss-type cheeses.
Serving Temperature: 7° to 10°C (chilled).
