It's a food wine! Drink it with meals, such as those suggested below, as pairings will bring out and enhance your enjoyment of its qualities.
Grape Variety: 100% red Garnacha.
Origin: Tarragona, Cataluña, Spain.
Aging: No oak aging.
Alcohol: 13%.
Tasting Notes: Bright cherry-red colour. Aroma of strawberries and cherries, with balsamic notes. In the mouth, it is dry and fresh, on the lighter side of medium bodied, and quite fruity with notes of cherry cough drops and a hint of almond.
Food Pairing: Perfect accompaniment to a charcuterie and cheese board. Goes well with tomato-and-cheese-based pasta dishes and pizza (like Margherita pizza), grilled lamb, pork, and beef, meaty stews and casseroles, and goat cheese.
Serving Temperature: 15° to 18°C (slightly lower than room temperature).
