Origin: Tuscany, Italy.
Aging: 2 years in 500-liter tonneaux (French oak barrels).
Alcohol: 14%.
Tasting Notes: Intense garnet color with violet hues. Big, elegant, and harmonious, with hints reminiscent of vanilla, small fruits, and spices. Dry, full-bodied flavor with perfect balance of components; lightly tannic and persistent on the finish.
Food Pairing: Main dishes based on red meats, game, braised meats, and stews. This particularly complex wine is perfect for special occasions.
Serving temperature: 18-20 °C.
