Grape Varieties: 90% Sangiovese - 10% Colorino.
Origin: Rufina, Florence, Tuscany, Italy.
Aging: Stainless steel.
Alcohol: 13%.
Tasting Notes: A wine of exceptional character, it is ruby-red in colour, tending towards garnet over time. The palate is well-orchestrated, fruity, soft and rounded, and displays excellent structure.
Food Pairing: Recommended to enjoy with flavorful, savory soups, roasts, game, and Bistecca alla Fiorentina (Florentine-style steak).
Serving temperature: 18-20 °C.
