Lu.Mi Rosé was created by the Le Bignele winemaker to celebrate the birth of his granddaughters.
90 points (Italian wine critic & writer Luca Maroni)
Grape Varieties: Blend of Corvina, Corvinone, Rondinella, and Molinara.
Origin: Valgatara, in the traditional Valpolicella Classico region.
Aging: Stainless steel.
Alcohol: 13%.
Tasting Notes: The wine has a beautiful pink color. Aroma of raspberries, cherries, and citrus fruits. Nicely dry and fresh on the palate.
Food Pairing: Excellent as an aperitif. Pair with appetizers such as cheese and cold cuts; salads; pasta or rice with creamy or cheesy sauce; seafood, fish, and fried foods.
Serving Temperature: 6-8°C (chilled).
