Grape Varieties: 100% Primitivo.
Origin: Torricella, Salento, Puglia, Italy.
Aging: 5 months in stainless steel plus 1 month in the bottle.
Alcohol Content: 13.5%.
Tasting Notes: Ruby red with purple hues. Crisp intensity on the nose, with decisively fruity aromas of marasca cherry, plum, and a puff of tobacco that emerges among the fruit. Pleasing on the palate, with round body but with an elegant freshness. Interesting, fruity finish.
Food Pairing: Rustic, hearty, tomato-based Italian dishes, pasta with meat sauce, roasted or grilled red meats incl. burgers and with tangy sauces, and mature cheeses.
Serving temperature: 16° to 18°C (cool room temperature).
